Loving Kindness Practice :The qualities of kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity are at the heart of engaging in the world. Join us to explore these beautiful qualities. Sunday Morning 9am

Insight Meditation : Through stabilization and tranquility meditations we can begin to better understand how we relate to the world around us. Join us to develop a deep awareness of our mind. Monday Evening 6:30pm

Each session begins with a brief dharma talk which will frame our practice. The meditation will be 25-30 minutes in length, followed time to ask questions and share experiences. The discussion period is optional.
